Macaroni with Cream

2 lbs. shell style macaroni
3 pints heavy cream
12 oz grated Swiss cheese
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese
butter
salt, pepper, nutmeg

Cook macaroni in a large pot until partially done. Drain well.
Return macaroni to the pot and add the cream and cook for 6 minutes
on med-low, stirring occasionally. Stir in the Swiss cheese and
mix well. Add the cheddar cheese and

mix well. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Place mixture in a
large ovenproof casserole dish and dot with some butter. Bake 5 to
6 minutes on 450F to 500F or long enough just to brown the top.
Yield 12 servings.
