Home Made Noodles

1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. milk
1 cup flour

Mix egg, salt and milk; enough flour to make stiff dough. Roll
thin, let stand 20 minutes. Roll up and slice 1/8-inch thick; spread
to dry for about 2 hours. Drop in boiling broth and cook 10 minutes.
