I was skeptical of this recipe the first time we made it. The juices and the bananas give it a sweet taste, and I wasn't sure I'd like sweet pasta. But after trying it a few times, I just love it! It tastes so tropical. I feel like I'm on vacation when I eat it. The hot peppers/hot sauce are the perfect compliment for the sweetness of the dish. I would highly recommend this dish - particularly for the adventurous.
