Squash Ravioli filling
Serving Size: 8
4 to 5 sweet potatoes, cooked
2 acorn squash, cooked
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Mash sweet potatoes and squash together. Add remaining ingredients.
Fill pasta. Boil until tender.
Use standard ravioli pasta recipe. Serve with favorite pasta sauce
