Spaghetti Feta

Spaghetti With Feta Cheese
1 pkg. spaghetti
salt, to taste
2 Tbs. tomato paste
1 tsp. butter
garlic, to taste
1/4 lb. feta cheese
Boil spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and rinse
well in cold water to prevent sticking. Add tomato paste, garlic,
salt, and butter to spaghetti. Warm this for a few minutes in the
oven. Using a strainer, mash the cheese. Mix 3/4 of it with the
spaghetti and spread the rest on top. Serves 4.
