Stuffed Jumbo Shells
serves 4

24 large shells

3/4 cup 1% lowfat cottage cheese
1/3 cup shredded mozarella (part skim)
1/4 cup parmesan
10 oz. frozen, chopped broccoli
2 tsp. green onion, minced
1/4 tsp lemon pepper

16 oz. can tomatoes w/ juice
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tbs. (heaping) tomato paste
1/2 lb. hot sausage
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. rosemary
pepper

Thaw and drain broccoli. Broil sausage, remove casing and break
up. Make sauce. Cook shells and drain. Combine stuffing ingredients
and stir well. Stuff shells. Arrange in greased casserole baking
dish. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees, or until heated through. Top
with sauce.
