Tortellini in Walnut Sauce
1 sm. pkg chopped walnuts
1 tsp chopped garlic (bottled)
1 tsp sugar
3/4 cup. milk (approx)
tortellini
Grind walnuts in blender or food processor until almost a powder,
add garlic, sugar (walnuts are bitter), slowly add milk. Serve
over hot cooked tortellini.
