Chilli Tuna and Olive Pasta

1 large can tuna in brine (425 grams)
1 fresh chilli or chilli flakes (to your own taste)
About 20 kalamata olives - finely chopped
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 can of chopped tomatoes
Cracked black pepper
Parmesan cheese
Pasta of your choice

Chop onion, garlic and chilli and cook in a pan with olive oil for
a couple of minutes until onion becomes transparent. Drain the can
of tuna of brine and add to the pan along with olives and tinned
tomatoes. Cook until all ingredients are heated through (about 5
minutes). Add plenty of cracked black pepper and serve with your
favourite pasta. Parmesan cheese tops off this dish perfectly.
