Chickpea Turnovers

CHICK PEA TURNOVERS
3 C. Flour 1 Egg 1/2 tsp. salt 6 T. Oil 1 tsp. sugar
Mix all together, adding enough water to form a dough that isn't sticky. Knead til smooth.
1 can chick peas 1 sm. bar sweet chocolate 1/4 C. honey 1/2 C chopped nuts 1/2 C. Mixed fruit 1 T. Cinnamon
Drain peas and mix with remaining ingredients. Roll dough. Cut into 2" squares. Fill with teaspoon of filling. Fold opposite corners over and seal. Fry to golden brown.
