Print this Recipe    Granddad's Fish Pie

1 pound fresh white Fish
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/2 pound grated Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
4 Potatoes
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Butter

Bake Fish, Lemon, Salt & Pepper for 1/2 hour at 200 degrees. Mash
cooked Potatoes, butter and the egg and form into Rosettes, bake
until the tops brown. Top partially cooked Fish with the Rosettes,
cover with grated cheese and bake for another 1/2 hour at 250
degrees. Serve with Mushy Peas or bubble & squeak.
