FISHERMAN'S PIE

16 oz. can red or pink salmon
1 cup white sauce (recipe below)
4 hard boiled eggs
5 lg. boiled potatoes, mashed
Butter or margarine

2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 cup milk

Spread salmon over bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover with
white sauce. Slice eggs and layer on top of sauce. Put mashed
potatoes on top. Place a few pats of butter or margarine on top.
Heat in oven approximately 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt
butter over low heat. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over
low heat, stirring until mixture is bubbly. Remove from heat and
stir in milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute.
