Impossible Cheeseburger

Impossible Cheeseburger Pie
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 eggs
Brown and drain beef; spread in bottom of greased pan; sprinkle
with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients and pour into pan. Bake
at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
