Impossible Ham Cheese

Impossible Ham and Cheese Pie
1 cup cubed ham
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup Bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. Butter or margarine
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Saute onion in 1 T. butter or margarine
until golden, drain. Stir in salt and ham. Spread in pie plate,
sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients with fork until
blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 25 min. or until knife inserted
in center comes out clean. 6 servings High Altitude Directions.
Increase cooking time to 30 to 35 min.
Impossible Cheeseburger Pie
In above recipe, substitute 1 lb. Ground beef for ham and eliminate
butter or margarine. Cook ground beef with onion until beef is
brown, drain. Pour into pie plate, cover with shredded cheese.
Follow recipe from Step 2 on.
