Impossible Seafood Pie

1 pkg (6 oz) frozen crabmeat
1 can (6 oz) tuna drained, optional
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (or 1/2 cup Cheddar and 1/2 cup Mozzarella)
3 oz cream cheese, cut into 1/4"
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
2 oz jar chopped pimento, drained, optional
2 cups milk
1 cup baking mix
4 eggs
3/4 tsp salt
nutmeg, dash

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate,(10 x 1 1/2 inch). Mix
crabmeat, cheeses, onions and pimiento in plate. Beat remaining
ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with
hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted between
center and edge comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes

Notes: 1 can (6 oz) crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed, or 1
can (4 1/2 oz) shrimp, well rinsed and drained, can be substituted.
