Impossible Taco Pie

1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 cp chopped onions
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
1 1/4 cup milk
2 sliced tomatoes
3/4 cup Bisquick
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10" pie plate. Cook and stir
beef and onion over medium heat until beef is brown and drain.
Add package of seasoning. Spread in plate and sprinkle with chilies.
Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth. 15 seconds
in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate.
Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese, bake about 10 min.
more. Cool 15 min. Top with sour cream, guacamole, cheese, whatever
you want. Good without toppings too.
