Impossible Tuna Cheese 02

Easy Cheesy Tuna Pie
Makes 6 to 8 servings
1 cup shredded process sharp American cheese (4 ounces)
1/3 cup frozen green peas, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup sliced green onions (with tops)
1 can (6 ounces) tuna, well drained
1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimentos, drained
1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, cut into about 1/4-inch cubes
3/4 cup Bisquick Original baking mix
1 cup milk
3 eggs
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Heat oven to 400. Grease bottom and side of glass pie plate, 9x1
1/4 inches. Mix American cheese, peas, onions, tuna and pimentos
in pie plate. Top with cream cheese cubes. Stir together remaining
ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake
30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes clean
(some cheese may adhere to knife). Cool 5 minutes.
