4 c flour
1 tsp. salt
1 cup + 2 tbsp. iced water

1 medium onion, thinly sliced
3/4 c thinly sliced rutabaga

5 tbsp. butter
1/4 C milk
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 C boiling water

3/4 inch edge. Fold l edge over the other and seal. Cut 1 inch slit
in each. Place on lightly floured baking sheet. Brush with milk.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour. Spoon mixture of
melted butter and boiling water into slit of each pastry. Bake 5
minutes longer. Cut pasties into half to serve.
