MUSHROOM PIE
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup chopped broccoli
9-inch unbaked pie shell
Saute onion in margarine 2 to 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, Worcestershire
sauce and salt. Cook 5 minutes. Drain well. Add cheese, broccoli
and stir. Place in pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40
minutes.
