Onion Pie
6-7 medium onions
3 eggs
1/2 cup flour, or a little less
1 tsp salt
1 tsp caraway seeds
black pepper
2 cups milk
Slice and saute the onions until cooked but not brown. Combine
all the other ingredients, then add the onions. Bake in a plain
pie shell at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
