Sage Sausage Quiche
9-inch pie shell
6-8 ounces sage sausage
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 1/2 cups grated cheese (Cheddar, Jack, or combo)
Bake pie shell - lightly blind bake it. Brown meat lightly, and
drain thoroughly. In a medium/large mixing bowl, blend next 4
ingredients. Stir in meat, onion, cheese, and garlic salt. Pour
into pie shell. Bake in 350 F oven, 25-30 minutes or until pie
Greek: ground lamb with feta.
Italian: Italian sausage and mozzarella/provolone.
