Quiche Lorraine

9-inch pastry pie crust
15 slices of bacon, crumbled and crispy
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 minced onion
4 eggs
2 cups heavy whipping cream
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne red pepper

Preheat over to 425. Prepare pie crust. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and
onion in pastry lined pan. Beat eggs slightly. Beat in remaining
ingredients. Pour cream mixture into pie pan, bake 15 min. at 425.
Reduce heat to 300 and bake at least 30 minutes longer or until
knife comes out clean. Cool.
