Hash Brown Quiche

8 Ore-Ida Hash Brown Patties with cheddar
1/4 cup margarine, melted
Chopped ham or Canadian bacon
1 cup Pepper Jack cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs
3/4 cup evaporated milk
Salt and pepper

Thaw and squeeze liquid from has brown patties. Grease 9x13 inch
pan and line with has browns. Brush melted margarine over top.
Bake at 400 deg for 20-25 minutes until browned. Layer ham or
bacon, cheeses on top. Beat eggs with milk and pour over. Salt
and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 deg for 35 minutes, uncovered.
