RICE CASE FOR QUICHES OR PIES

2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs
1 egg

Combine all and pat over the base and sides of a lightly greased
pie dish. Bake at 210 C for 15 minutes. Fill with your favourite
fillings and bake as usual. Serve at room temperature.
