SALMON PIE
potatoes boiled and mashed
1 tin pink salmon
1 pkt. mushroom soup
tomato
grated cheese
milk
Put half potatoes in bottom of casserole, add salmon, soup and milk
mixed together cover with the rest of the potatoes. Bake in mod.
oven 30 mins. Cover with cheese, garnish with tomato and grill
until cheese is melted and golden.
