SHEPARD'S PIE

2 onions
butter or margarine
1 lb. beef chuck, cubed or 1 lb. lean hamburger
1 c. beef boullion
Salt and pepper to taste
2 bay leaves
1 t. Worcestershire sauce (or to taste)
cornstarch
3-4 medium potatoes
milk
butter

Chop onions and fry in butter. Add meat; brown. Add bouillion,
salt and pepper, bay leaf, and worcestershire sauce.

Cook 30 - 40 minutes; thicken with cornstarch mixed with water.
Remove bay leaf. Put in a baking dish.

Meanwhile boil potatoes and mash with milk and butter. Add salt
and pepper. Spread on top of meat mixture. Broil until brown.
