Easy Shepherd Pie
1 lb lean hamburger
1 prebaked pie shell
1 can French cut green beans, drained
2 serving instant mashed potatoes, cooked and cooled
l Pkg instant beef gravy mix
Brown and cook hamburger drain off fat and cool. Set aside. Prebake
pie shell and cool to room temp. Cook instant potatoes as directe
d for 2-3 servings.
In pre-cooked pie shell layer hamburger, mashed poatoes, green
beans (that have been drained). Keep layering the same till pie
crust is full.
Bake in preheated 375 oven for about 20 minutes till heated thru.
Serve with cooked beef gravy. Freezes and reheats well.
