Shepherd's Pie
1 lb hamburger, browned and drained
1/2 onion, chopped
1 green pepper (optiona)
1 can vegetable soup or 1 cup mixed vegetables
1/4 cup water
2 cups mashed potatoes
Heat top 6 ingredients then put into large casserole dish. Cover with
mashed potatoes. Heat in 350 oven until warm thru and thru. before
serving top with sprinkled cheese or sliced cheese cut into strips and
artfully arranged. Serve hot !
