Cottage Pie

2 lbs. ground beef
1 tbs oil
2 finely chopped onions
2 finely chopped carrots
1 tbs. tomato paste
1 tbs. flour
1 cup beef bouillon
1 cup cooked mixed vegetables
5 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed

Brown beef in oil. Discard fat and stir in onions and carrots.
Cook five minutes. Add tomato paste, flour and bouillon and stir
well. Add vegetables and transfer to a casserole. Top with mashed
potatoes and bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 deg. F. Makes 4
to 6 servings.
