Shepherds Pie Spin off

1 pound ground beef
seasoned salt to taste
pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
1/2 tsp. Montreal steak seasoning
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup French Onion dip
1/4 cup flour
1 can mixed vegetables
3 cups cooked rice
1 cup shredded Monteray Jack cheese

Cook ground beef with seasonings in frying pan until browned.
Drain off grease and put back into pan. Add milk, dip, and flour
to pan. Mix well. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes or until desired
thickness. Place ground beef mixture into a cassarole dish. Add
vegetables to dish, and then cooked rice. Top with cheese and
cover. Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
