Tourtiere

6 pounds ground pork
2 chopped onions
1/2 tsp clove
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pepper
4 cups water

Simmer all ingredients untill meat is cooked. Let cool and remove
grease. Place meat between two rolled pie crust (unbaked) and cook 20
min. at 450F

You can replace half of the pork by beef. You may adjust seasonning to
taste.
