Tourtiere

1 lb lean ground pork
1 cup water
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp sage
dash pepper
dash nutmeg
pastry for 2 crust 9 inch pie

Brown pork, drain excess fat. Stir in water, onion, breadcrumbs,
salt, sage, pepper, and nutmeg. Simmer until onion is tender,
about 20 minutes, stirring often. Line 9 in pie plate with crust,
fill with meat mixture, cover with top crust, seal and flute. Bake
400 deg until golden brown, covering edges to prevent overbrowning.
