CHESS PIE
1/3 cup butter
1 3/4 cup sugar
3 Tbsp cream
3 beaten eggs
1 tsp vanilla
dash nutmeg
Cream sugar and butter. Add milk, eggs, vanilla and a dash of
nutmeg. Pour into pie shell. Bake (350 degree F.) for 45 min or
until brown. Custard test. Should be candy on top, custard beneath
like a pecanless pecan pie.
