Coconut Macaroon Pie
1 1/2 cups sugar 2 eggs dash of salt 1/2 cup soft butter 1/4 cup flour 1/2 cup milk 1 cup coconut
Beat sugar, eggs and salt until lemon colored. Add butter. Blend in flour and milk. Fold in coconut.
Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325F for 1 hour.
