Autumn Cranberry Pie
1 cup flour 3/4 cup melted butter or margarine 1 cup sugar 2 eggs; beaten 1 tsp almond extract 2 cups cranberries 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup sugar
Combine the flour, butter, 1 cup sugar, eggs and almond flavoring in a bowl; mix well. Spoon into a greased 10 inch pie plate. Combine cranberries, walnuts and 1/2 cup sugar in a bowl; mix well. Spoon into the prepared pie plate, spreading evenly. Bake at 375 degrees F for 35 minutes. Do not over bake; crust should be like a very moist cookie.
