Cranberry Pie
2 cups sliced cranberries 1 cup seedless raisins 2 Tablespoons flour 1 cup sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup water Pastry for 2-crust pie
Combine cranberries and raisins. Combine flour, sugar and salt. Stir into cranberry and raisin mixture. Add water and mix well. Spoon into unbaked pie shell. Cover with top crust. Bake at 4250 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake another 25 minutes or until done.
