CRAZY-CRUST APPLE PIE
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg
2/3 cup Crisco
3/4 cup water
2 1/4 cup apples
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp brown sugar
Mix dough ingredients. Arrange in pie pan . Mix filling ingredients,
except for brown sugar. Pour filling into center of batter; do
not stir. Sprinkle brown sugar over filling. Bake in 400F oven
for 35-40 minutes.
