Lemon Chess Pie

1 9" deep dish pie shell
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. cornmeal
1 tsp. flour
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs thoroughly. Gradually beat in sugar. Add remaining ingredients, beating well. Pour into pie shell and bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until brown. Do not over bake. This pie will seem as if it is not done in 40 minutes but it will be nicely browned. When it cools it will be set. It is delicious!
