Peanut Butter 05

Peanut Butter Pie
1 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
4 oz melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
pinch cinnamon and nutmeg
2 cups peanut butter
2 cups sugar
11 oz cream cheese
7 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons vanilla
2 cups heavy cream, whipped
1/2 to 1 cup heavy cream
3 oz semisweet chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
Mix the crumbs with the butter and sugars and spices and press into
2 9-inch pie plates.
Combine peanut butter, sugar, cream cheese, butter, and vanilla
and whip smooth. Fold in whipped cream and fill both pie shells.
Chill.
Meanwhile, melt cream and butter and chocolate and spread smoothly
over pies. Garnish edges with whole peanuts. Chill pies well.
