Peanut Butter Pie
8-ounce package cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup whipping cream 9-inch commercial graham cracker crust 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped salted peanuts
Combine cream cheese and sugar; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Add peanut butter and vanilla; beat well. Set aside. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form; fold into peanut mixture. Spoon into crust; sprinkle with peanuts. Chill at least 3 hours.
