Pineapple Cloud Pie
1 graham cracker pie crust
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup heavy cream, beaten until stiff
In the top of a double boiler, melt marshmallows. Stir in milk,
pineapple, and vanilla. Allow to cool and fold in whipped cream.
Pour into pie shell and chill several hours.
