Raisin Cream Pie
1 cup raisins 1 cup water 1 cup milk 2 egg yolks 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 Tbsp. flour 1 Tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 2 egg whites
Boil raisins and water together until dry. Mix milk with egg yolks, brown sugar, flour, butter and vanilla. Add to raisins. Cook until thick. Pour into baked pie shell. Beat 2 egg whites with a little sugar. Spread over top. Bake until meringue is brown at 350 degrees.
