RHUBARB PIE 4 cups chopped rhubarb 1 1/3 c honey 7 T flour 1/4 cup angelica, optional 1/2 t salt Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a 9" prepared pastry crust. Dot with 1 tsp butter. Cover with pastry crust. Bake at 450 deg F for 10 minutes, lower temperature to 350 deg F and bake for another 50 minutes.
