SEARCH RECIPES: LOCATION: Recipes >> Pies >> Here's one for Ricotta Pie (Italian Cheese and Rice Pie)    Here's one for Ricotta Pie (Italian Cheese and Rice Pie) 4 Eggs 1/2 C Heavy Whipping Cream 1 t Vanilla Extract 1/2 C Granulated Sugar 1/2 C Cooked Rice 1 lb Ricotta Cheese 1 8-9 inch Frozen Pie Crust Beat Eggs, Cream, Sugar, and Vanilla in medium bowl. Add Cheese and Rice. Mix well. Pour into Pie Crust, and bake at 350, for about 40 mins. If you wish, you can garnish the top, before baking, with some sprinkles of Nutmeg.
