SEARCH RECIPES: LOCATION: Recipes >> Pies >> Ritz Cracker    Ritz Cracker Ritz Cracker Pie 3 egg whites 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. baking powder pinch salt 20 crackers, crumbled 1 cup pecans l tsp. vanilla whipped cream To stiffly beaten egg whites, add sugar, baking powder, salt, crackers (crumble by hand for larger crumbs), pecans and vanilla. This recipe has been in our family for many years. It's the absolute best thing you can do with ritz crackers. It's so good! And you have to have the cool whip, it's an unbelievable combonation!!!
