Sour Cream Apple Pie
1 single pie crust
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups sliced apples, (2 to 3)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
Put pie crust in pie pan. Put the sliced apples in the crust. Mix
the rest of the ingredients and pour over apples.
Bake in a 425F oven for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to
350F and bake an additional 30 minutes. Mix 1/3 cup flour, 1/3 cup
sugar, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 cup butter together. Top pie
with mixture and bake an additional 10 minutes at 400F.
