Apple Sour Cream Pie 2 eggs, beaten 8 oz. sour cream 6 Tbsp. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 3 cups chopped, peeled apples 3 Tbsp. margarine 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed Beat eggs and add sour cream. Stir in 2 Tbsp. of the flour. Add vanilla and salt. Stir in chopped peeled apples. Place in pie shell Bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix 3 Tbsp. margarine, 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed and remaining 4 Tbsp. of the flour. Put over apple pie and bake another 20-25 minutes.
