Strawberry Jello Pie
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons corn starch
1 package strawberry Jello
1 3/4 cups water-boiling
strawberries sliced
graham cracker pie crust
Slice strawberries and place in pie plate with crust. Mix sugar,
corn starch, jello and water, cook until thick. Add a very small
amount of butter and pour over strawberries. Cool in fridge. top
with cool whip and garnish with more sliced strawberries.
