Sweet Potato Pie
4 medium to large yams, cooked, peeled and mashed
2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 Teaspoon nutmeg
3 Tablespoons cinnamon
2 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
Put butter in yams. Add other ingredients. Mix on high with electric
mixer for smoothness. Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes, or until
brown. Fills two 9" deep dish pie shells.
