Sweet Potato and Walnut Pie
1 1/2 cup cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
9-inch unbaked pie shell
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into pie shell and bake 350 degrees
for 35 minutes or until firm and tests done.
