Vinegar Pie
1/2 cup butter 1 1/4 cup sugar 4 Tbsp vinegar 3 eggs, beaten 1 Tbsp vanilla dash salt 3 Tbsp flour 9" unbaked pie shell
Beat butter, sugar vinegar eggs and vanilla for approximately five minutes. Add salt and flour, blend well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Serve with whipped cream.

Think pecan pie minus nuts and you have this pie. Some call it Glass Pie. It's very sweet and the cider vinegar gives it a slight fruity tang.
